Futboton™ Digital Download License Agreement

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Thank you for purchasing a Futboton™ digital download. By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using any included file, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this license.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license. The files are licensed, not sold.

What You May Do

Print for personal use — Print the purchased files for yourself or your household.
Make personal modifications — Adjust the files, colors, scale, or print settings for your own private use.
Print occasional gifts — Give physical prints to friends or family as genuine, non-commercial gifts. Digital files may never be shared.
Use a printing service — Provide the files to an FDM printing service solely to manufacture components for you. The service may not retain, reuse, sell, or distribute the files after completing your order.

What You May Not Do

No sharing or resale of files — You may not sell, sublicense, transfer, redistribute, or share the original files.
No distribution of modifications — You may not distribute, upload, or sell modified, converted, repaired, or extracted versions.
No commercial printing — You may not sell physical prints, accept paid printing orders, or manufacture Futboton components for others.
No public uploading — You may not upload the files to any marketplace, repository, shared drive, membership, social group, or file-sharing platform.
No unauthorized branding — You may not use the Futboton™ name, logo, or artwork to market an unauthorized product or imply an official relationship with Futboton.

Intellectual Property

Futboton retains all rights it holds in the digital files, original component designs, written rules, manuals, graphics, and branding. The Futboton™ name and logo are trademarks.

No ownership rights are transferred through your purchase. All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved.
